In particular, look at our extra-large both flat and rolled anchovy fillets, an original Italian product. The anchovies are salted immediately after the fishing and promptly processed with care, according to our traditional method. All vegetables are seasonal vegetables, processed immediately after the picking. That's why we can offer only small quantities of these products.
